Apple tree analogies aside, the biggest advantage to having a FileButler is that you no longer have to navigate through levels of folders to find the file you need.
If you saved a file two weeks ago, do you always remember what folder you put it in? How about two years ago? The good news is that you no longer have to remember.
FileButler knows exactly where it is, regardless of the folder, and can list the possible filenames for you much faster than you can find it yourself.
FileButler gives you six different ways to display your files in descending and ascending order:
- Alphabetically - (Name)
- By Last Modified Date - (Date)
- By Size - (Size)
You can narrow the displayed files through various methods which we will discuss on the next slide.
